Creative Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for a hybrid role based in Spartanburg, SC.

The BA will lead discovery, inventory documentation, and map current-state processes across IT and county stakeholders to support governance and disaster recovery initiatives. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of BA experience in complex IT environments, strong elicitation and facilitation skills, and advanced Microsoft 365 & Visio proficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience in complex IT environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping and diagrams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with IT teams and County stakeholders.
• Inventory and assess existing documentation across technical and operational domains.
• Document current-state processes, workflows, and dependencies.
• Create process maps and data flows using Visio and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and governance.
• Coordinate requirements for SOPs, runbooks, and recovery documentation.
• Facilitate review sessions to ensure documentation reflects operations.
• Maintain a documentation backlog with priorities and ownership.
