Job summary

Everise, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Asset Recovery Lead to manage the end-to-end recovery of laptops, tokens, and peripherals for a largely remote workforce. You will drive the process from separation trigger to receipt, coordinating with HR, IT, and Legal to ensure compliant offboarding and minimal loss.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and data-driven reporting to optimize recovery rate, cycle time, and costs across the distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT asset management, reverse logistics, endpoint operations, or offboarding.
• Experience in a distributed work-from-home environment or BPO/contact center is a plus.
• Hands-on with at least one enterprise ITAM/CMDB platform; familiarity with MDM/endpoint tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full asset-recovery workflow for leavers across remote and on-site staff.
• Coordinate returns, track devices, and reduce in-transit losses and unaccounted assets.
• Ensure asset status, disposition, and reconciliation with ITAM systems and HR/Payroll handoffs.
• Develop and implement cost-effective recovery strategies and dashboards.
