Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required with 2+ years' related experience or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow others’ directions to ensure quality.
• Proficient with ticket, inventory, and dispatch management systems.
• Ability to determine methods on new assignments and coordinate activities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Aufgaben

• Process returned IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, peripherals, networking equipment, and accessories.
• Receive, inspect, and verify returned shipments against requests and inventory records.
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect equipment and escalate discrepancies.
• Perform asset grading to determine refurbishment, redeployment, repair, or recycling eligibility.
• Prepare returned equipment for redeployment or certified e-waste disposal.
• Support and cross-train into all L1 ITAM services to maintain day-to-day operations.
• Assist with inventory, asset management and e-recycling.
• Use ticketing systems with a focus on customer service, SOP adherence, and quality.
• Report individual work accomplishments and track metrics in the system.
• Utilize inventory data management software to maintain accuracy and workflow.
• Triage and fulfill customer requests via web portal and in person as needed.
• Receive and inspect return shipments; verify deliveries against requests, note damages or shortages.
