Anduril Industries is seeking an IT Asset Management Technician I to support offboarding and asset recovery, ensuring devices are returned, verified, secured, and reintegrated quickly. You will coordinate with our Asset Administrator, People Business Partners, managers, and regional IT teams to keep devices accounted for and ready for redeployment.

• Organization & Follow-Through: Able to manage many open cases, deadlines, and follow up until closed.
• Attention to Detail: Verifying serial numbers and matching records is essential.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate counts and asset records.
• Discretion: Handle sensitive situations and data confidentially.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable with physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Offboarding & Returns: Manage offboarding cases from start to finish and update stakeholders until devices are back.
• Auditing: Run recurring audits and verify asset records for compliance.
• Inventory & Deployment Support: Move, stock, and deploy inventory and assist with repairs and RMAs as needed.
