Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist for our San Francisco office. This hands-on role focuses on macOS environments, Google Workspace and Zoom administration, and advancing AI adoption across the organization.

You'll own onboarding/offboarding, manage device lifecycles, and partner with stakeholders on AI pilots, delivering operational improvements and a strong IT foundation for a growing tech-forward portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT support in a corporate setting.
• Strong macOS support experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Zoom.
• Imaging, provisioning, and managing laptops/mobile devices.
• Experience using AI tools to build workflows, automations, or business solutions.
• User onboarding, offboarding, and identity/access management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Professional presence supporting high-profile stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III support in a predominantly Mac environment.
• Support and administer Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Okta, Jira, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, access management, and device lifecycle processes.
• Support conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, and AV technologies.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements and workflow automations.
• Support enterprise AI platforms and help users effectively leverage approved AI tools.
• Partner with stakeholders on AI initiatives, pilots, and rollouts.
