Job summary

PubMatic is seeking a technically sharp IT Support Engineer for our Redwood City office. This on-site role will be the primary IT presence, driving AI-driven support, automation, and streamlined workflows to scale across global teams.

You will troubleshoot MacOS/Windows devices, manage Okta identities and SSO, support Slack and Microsoft 365, and handle networking/AV before large meetings or events. Collaboration and automation are key.

Qualifications

Proven IT support in mixed MacOS/Windows environments.
Hands-on Okta administration including SSO app setup.
Experience with Slack administration and Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for MacOS and Windows devices.
Own device lifecycle: procurement, setup, deployment, asset tracking, decommission.
Administer Okta and configure SSO applications; build Okta Workflows for automation.
Manage Slack and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Maintain on-prem Active Directory and network gear (Meraki, FortiGate).
Lead Zoom Rooms setup, licensing, and troubleshooting; support meeting spaces.
