Job summary

Atoms is building the physical AI stack for real-world operations, seeking an experienced IT Support Lead for our San Francisco team. You will own the service desk, respond to tickets, and manage conference-room AV for executive events.

Role requires hands-on experience with SaaS stacks, security basics, and provisioning new staff with hardware and software. Base onsite work, strong cross-functional collaboration, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including 3–5+ years in IT Operations or Support.
• Experience at SaaS, e-commerce, real estate, or technology companies with global scope.
• Hands-on AV, conferencing systems, and networking experience.
• Familiarity with MDM, EDR, certificates and compliance requirements.
• Ability to remain calm and effective during live executive events.
• Interest in AI and prompt engineering to improve efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the Go-To for IT Support: respond to first and second-level requests across devices, network, and conferencing systems.
• Own the Service Desk: manage tickets, calls, and emails within SLA guidelines.
• Run High-Stakes AV: set up and support AV for conferences and live events.
• Onboarding & workstation deployment: onboard new hires, create accounts, deploy hardware & software.
• Administer SaaS licenses: manage O365, Teams, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Slack.
• Secure the Environment: implement security measures and keep assets compliant.
• Keep Systems Healthy: monitor diagnostics and perform maintenance and upgrades.
• Build the Blueprint: document failures and resolutions accurately.
