Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a driven sales professional to grow our Issuer Solutions business in the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will manage and expand relationships with senior governance and investor relations clients, identify opportunities, and close deals while tailoring solutions across investor communications, governance, and SEC filing services. You will travel up to 20% and work with internal teams to retain clients and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of sales experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive.
• Experience identifying opportunities, building a pipeline, and closing with senior stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, investor relations, shareholder services, or SEC filings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with senior legal, corporate governance, and investor relations professionals.
• Identify opportunities and expand work with existing accounts.
• Present solutions across investor communications, governance, shareholder services and SEC filings.
• Lead sales opportunities from discovery to proposals, negotiations and close.
