Broadridge is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to support our SEC/EDGAR product suite and assist the Corporate Issuer sales team. The role centers on delivering technical pre-sales demonstrations, capturing client requirements, and communicating product value to prospects.

Key duties include collaborating with sales, maintaining relationships, and guiding customers through implementations while leveraging Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel to drive demonstrations and close opportunities.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of the SEC EDGAR filing process
• Prior sales or sales support experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales plans
• Previous tech demo experience required
• At least 5 years of experience preferred
• Excellent communication and polished presentation skills
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency with digital products and ability to articulate product updates
• Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

Responsabilidades

• Guide clients through product offerings via technology demonstrations, articulating value and addressing questions in real time
• Establish best practices for pre-demo data gathering and post-demo follow up
• Collaborate with sales teams and leaders
• Develop trusted partner relationships to retain and grow revenue
• Participate in contract negotiations
• Represent Broadridge at conferences and regional events
• Achieve sales activity goals
• Develop and manage sales pipeline
• Work with CRM system (Salesforce)
• Understand client needs and challenges
• Document and tailor communications to clients for optimal results
• Build custom client presentations
• Plan product- and industry-specific training sessions for sales and internal training
• Create collateral sales material with marketing
• Coordinate conference attendance, sponsorships, and webinars
• Gather technical requirements to inform product roadmap
