• Lead the Solutions and Project Management organization across onboarding, delivery, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate client needs into documented requirements and viable solution approaches.
• Oversee scope, definitions, estimates, and implementation assumptions; support SOW and pricing inputs.
• Ensure clear ownership, escalation paths, and post‑go‑live stabilization across cross‑functional teams.
