Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. in New York is seeking a Sr. Director of Relationship Management to own and expand a portfolio of institutional fixed-income clients. This senior role drives platform adoption, RFQ activity, and trading volumes by leveraging deep market knowledge.

You will lead complex commercial opportunities across Sales, Product, Technology, Market Structure and Account Management, building executive-level relationships and translating client needs into scalable revenue.

Qualifications

15+ years of institutional fixed income experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Series 24 license preferred.
Strong track record in liquidity and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

Own the commercial strategy, account plans, and revenue for strategic institutional fixed-income clients.
Drive buy-side adoption of the platform by expanding client relationships and RFQ activity.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior buy-side stakeholders.
Lead onboarding, platform adoption, RFQ activity, and revenue growth for top accounts.
Identify and lead complex sales opportunities involving trading workflows and liquidity needs.
Articulate value proposition in client workflows and business priorities.
Lead negotiations on commercial terms within delegated authority.
Partner with Product, Technology, and leadership to translate feedback into priorities.
Provide market insight on trading protocols, liquidity development, and market structure.
