Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events from an on-site Security Operations Center. You will verify alarms, oversee live audio/video interactions, and coordinate with customers and emergency services as needed.

The role requires strong communication, calm under pressure, and 2+ years in security or related fields. Shift hours span 12:00PM–10:30PM with 8–10 hour shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals, and place outgoing verification calls.
• Provide life safety support and proper dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Manage live audio interactions, de-escalate incidents, and document all interactions for follow-up.
