Job summary

Interfacesystems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator in Saint Louis, MO to manage real-time security events with two-way audio/video, de-escalation, and rapid decision-making. You will monitor alarms, communicate with customers and emergency services, and document incident outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings/closings or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Act on incidents with appropriate escalation and contact emergency services if needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; place verification calls.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm breaches or incidents.
• Notify designated individuals about alarms per client instructions.
• Provide life safety support with clear dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and reset assistance.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and client requests.
• Intervene using two-way audio to de-escalate real-time incidents.
• Handle issues like loitering or trespassing and de-escalate when needed.
• Document interactions and ensure proper follow-up and reporting.
