Job summary

Interface Systems is hiring for a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator in St. Louis, MO. You will manage real-time security events, verify alarms, and communicate with monitored sites using two-way audio/video systems.

The role includes de-escalation, rapid decision-making, and direct interaction with customers and emergency services. Starting pay is $22.00/hour (not including shift differential). Full benefits on Day 1, paid vacation and sick time, and bonuses such as new hire, monthly performance, and

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during openings/closings or on request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action including contacting emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system and incident logs.
• Monitor/verify alarm signals and perform video verification of incidents.
• Notify designated individuals per client instructions and dispatch emergency services as required.
• Provide life safety support and clear alarm communication to responders.
• Assist in arming/disarming and resetting alarms as necessary.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and de-escalate when possible.
• Document interactions and generate detailed reports on responses.
