Job summary

Interface Systems in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to oversee real-time security operations, manage live audio/video interactions, verify alarms, and escalate or resolve incidents. You will de-escalate threats and coordinate with customers and responders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, rapid decision-making, documentation of interactions, and adherence to procedures within Interface’s 24/7 monitoring center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced security environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing hours.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action including contacting emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and verify validity of events.
• Provide life-safety dispatch and communicate with emergency personnel.
• Assist in arming/disarming and resetting alarms.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events with two-way audio.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life-safety interventions.
• Complete required training and comply with company policies.
