Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for on-site work in Saint Louis. You will manage live audio interactions, verify alarms, and coordinate rapid responses to incidents using two-way audio/video technology.

The role requires strong communication and de-escalation skills with a customer-focused mindset. You will work in a 24/7 interactive security operations center, earning competitive pay with shift differentials, holidays, and performance/attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings, closings, or on customer request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; verify validity of signals.
• Provide life safety dispatch and clear, timely communication to emergency personnel.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and de-escalate as needed.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
