Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to oversee security and life-safety monitoring from a 24/7 operations center. You will manage real-time alerts, verify alarms via video, and coordinate rapid responses with customers and emergency services while maintaining calm under pressure.

The role includes on-site work in a fast-paced tech environment, with shift differentials, day-1 benefits, and a comprehensive bonus program pending performance and attendance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts for customers during opening/closing and upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security and system inquiries.
• Maintain records in the system of record and verify alarm signals.
• Monitor and respond to alarm signals and perform video verification of alarms.
• Notify individuals per customer instructions and dispatch emergency responders as required.
• Provide life safety support through clear, timely alarm communication to responders.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and de-escalate as needed.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
