Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Five or more years of commercial banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share and broaden revenue mix through new and existing relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and be responsive and knowledgeable.
• Monitor loans and customers' credit profiles to ensure compliance with terms.
• Extend credit within assigned limits for commercial customers and assess credit risk.
• Support employee development, coach, mentor and provide leadership.
