Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• A minimum of ten years of commercial banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to develop new and existing relationships.
• Identify and develop prospects into significant new relationships with yearly income goals.
• Cross-sell opportunities and extend credit within assigned limits to commercial customers.
• Review financials with customers and provide expert advice as necessary.
• Ensure bank reporting tool is utilized for progress reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain compliance with loan terms.
