Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead with a strong RF integration and test background for our Mission Systems. The role is located in Linthicum, MD, and requires leading an engineering team through production transition on a high-visibility program.

The role emphasizes aggressive schedules, cross-functional collaboration, and clear, concise communications. Active Top Secret clearance is required, with onsite work at the BWI facility on first shift and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Active and current Top Secret government clearance
• Experience with RF and mechanical hardware
• Experience moving hardware through production pathways (BWI factory)
• Proven CAM/EVMS experience and earned value management knowledge
• Ability to develop and manage project schedules and report status
• Demonstrated IPT leadership with 1.5+ years in a lead role
• Onsite availability at BWI facility during first shift
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with 12+ years of experience (or Master’s with 10+ years)

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team transitioning designs to production for a high-visibility program
• Interface with Factory Test Cells, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Mission Assurance
• Brief internal and external leadership on program progress
• Provide self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented leadership in a fast-paced environment
