Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Linthicum, MD, is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead with RF integration and test background. This role requires an Active Top Secret clearance and oversight of engineering teams transitioning designs to production.

You will collaborate across Factory Test Cells, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure timely, high-quality program delivery, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• Technical background in RF and mechanical systems.
• Experience with hardware design, integration & test; moving hardware through the BWI factory.
• Proficient in CAM activities and EVMS.
• Skilled in developing and executing project schedules.
• Experience reporting project status to program management and customers.
• Leadership experience as IPT Lead, program manager, or equivalent (≥1.5 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to transition designs to production.
• Interface with Factory Test Cells, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
• Brief internal and external leadership on program progress.
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with diverse assignments.
