Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems has an opening for several Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads with a technical background in RF integration and test for Prime Mission Equipment. This role requires leading an engineering team to transition designs to production for a high-visibility program in Linthicum, MD, with on-site work.

These roles require a current Secret clearance, collaboration across multiple functions, and proven leadership in CAM/EVMS, MBSE tools, and tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or STEM-related degree; 14 years experience or master’s with 12 years; 4-year substitution acceptable.
• Active and current Secret government clearance.
• Experience with Front End Design (FED), RF Electronics, RF Cabling, COTS procurement and testing, and System Cabling.
• Experience with hardware design and/or hardware integration & test and/or moving hardware through the BWI factory.
• Proficiency in CAM activities and EVMS.
• Ability to develop and execute project schedules.
• Experience reporting project status to program, management, or customers.
• Leadership experience as an IPT Lead or similar role.
• Onsite availability at the BWI facility; mechanically oriented with drawing updates.

• Interface with FE Cell, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
• Brief internal and external leadership on progress.
