Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks an Integrated Product Team Lead with hardware design and manufacturing experience in Linthicum, MD. You will guide transitions from design to production for a high-visibility program, coordinating with test cells, engineering, and supply chain.

Role requires self-motivation, organization, and strong verbal/written communication; an active Secret clearance is required with SAP clearance planned for continued employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or STEM-related field with 5+ years of experience; Master’s with 3+ years acceptable.
• Active Secret clearance required to start; must maintain clearance and obtain SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to transition designs to production.
• Interface with factory test cells, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Mission Assurance.
• Brief internal and external leadership on program progress.
