Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Linthicum, MD, seeks several Integrated Product Team Leads with hardware design and manufacturing experience. These roles lead engineering teams to transition designs to production for a high-visibility program, coordinating with factory test cells, Engineering & Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.

Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance, be onsite at the BWI facility, and demonstrate IPT leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required for start.
• 6-month minimum experience with hardware design and/or hardware integration & test.
• 6-month minimum experience in the BWI production factory and/or factory test cell(s).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with 6-month minimum experience as an IPT Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team to transition designs to production for a high-visibility program.
• Interface with factory test cells, Engineering & Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
• Brief internal and potentially external leadership on program progress.
