Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years of industry experience.
• Active and current Secret government clearance required.
• Experience leading IPTs and transitioning designs to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to transition designs to production.
• Interface with factory test cells, Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
• Brief internal and potentially external leadership on progress.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with diverse assignments.
