Northrop Grumman is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead in Linthicum, MD, with hardware design and manufacturing experience. The role requires leading an engineering team to transition designs to production for a critical program.

The candidate must have strong communication skills to brief internal and external leadership and collaborate across factory test cells, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Onsite presence is required for the first shift.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project leadership skills; experience leading an IPT of engineers and support staff.
• Strong communication skills for briefing internal and external leaders.
• Ability to interface with factory test cells, Engineering & Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
