Northrop Grumman is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead with a strong background in RF integration and test for Prime Mission Equipment at the BWI facility. The role requires leading an engineering team to transition designs to production and interfacing with multiple internal groups as well as potential customers.

The candidate must have an active Secret clearance, be highly organized, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with 8 years of industry experience, or master’s degree and 6 years of industry experience
• Active and current Secret government clearance
• RF Microwave Engineering experience
• 6-month minimum experience with hardware design and/or hardware integration & test
• 6-month minimum experience in the BWI factory and/or factory test cell(s)
• Demonstrated leadership skills with 6-month minimum experience as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead or other leadership role supporting a program or business function
• Available onsite at the BWI facility during first shift
