Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks an IPT Lead with a strong RF integration background to guide a team through transition to production in Linthicum, MD. The role requires active Secret clearance and collaboration with factory, engineering, and program management.

You will brief internal and external leaders, coordinate with the factors test cells, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery on high-visibility programs. Onsite presence at the BWI facility is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with FED, RF electronics, RF cabling, and testing.
• Experience moving hardware through production and BWI factory.
• Proficient in CAM activities and EVMS.
• Strong scheduling and status reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to transition designs to production for critical programs.
• Interface with manufacturing, supply chain, and program management; brief leadership on progress.
