Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPT) in Northern Virginia for an onsite role. You will guide a team of engineers to deliver program objectives, manage schedules and costs, and coordinate with the PMO to meet contractual commitments.

The ideal candidate holds a DoD Top-Secret clearance with STEM degree and significant spacecraft lifecycle experience, and has strong risk management and EVMS skills to drive program performance.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top-Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience with spacecraft lifecycle phases and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver program objectives on schedule and within cost.
• Update IMS and time-phased labor/material spreads for cost/schedule reporting.
• Coordinate staffing, skill mix, and resource requirements with engineering management.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Operations, and I&T teams to support build and I&T.
