Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Director of Intellectual Property in the United States to serve as the enterprise IP expert and senior advisor.

You will lead global IP strategies, manage complex matters, and partner with executive leadership, R&D, and external stakeholders to protect and maximize the value of Entegris' intellectual assets. Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to U.S. bar.
Registered Patent Attorney status strongly preferred.
Engineering or related technical degree preferred (engineering, chemistry, materials science, physics).

Responsibilities

Serve as principal advisor to executive leadership on IP strategy, risk management, and portfolio optimization.
Lead enterprise-wide IP strategies aligning with business growth and innovation.
Oversee invention harvesting, filing strategy, and portfolio pruning to align IP investments with roadmap and revenue.
Direct patent, licensing, technology transfer, and dispute matters across the company.
Negotiate IP provisions in joint development, licensing, and collaboration agreements.
Mentor and collaborate with legal, business, engineering, and R&D teams to embed IP considerations in planning.
