Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with US bar admission.
• Experience leading IP strategy for tech-driven organizations.
• Strong patent portfolio management and licensing background.
• Proven ability to manage complex IP disputes and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on IP strategy, risk, and portfolio optimization.
• Develop enterprise IP strategies to support growth and differentiation.
• Lead complex IP matters where information is incomplete and risk is high.
• Oversee patent, trade secret, licensing, and technology transfer matters.
• Drive IP strategy for emerging technologies and future initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory and competitive trends impacting IP position.
• Collaborate with legal, business, engineering, and R&D teams.
• Participate in roadmaps and product development reviews for IP readiness.
• Direct patent prosecution and coordinate outside counsel and agents.
