Dority & Manning, P.A. seeks a Sr. Docketing Coordinator to manage daily intellectual property dockets, enter data, and ensure accuracy across records. You will communicate with attorneys and clients, coordinate with IP staff, and maintain timely docket actions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–2 years IP experience, and strong skills in MS Office and Adobe. Excellent communication and data analysis are essential.

Mansioni

• Review incoming patent and trademark office documents, docketing deadlines and updating information.
• Generate reports requested by attorneys, clients, or foreign counsel.
• Process daily docket clearance reports and close overdue reminders.
• Process outgoing file transfers by closing docket actions and inactivating cases.
• Enter records for inbound transfers and assign docket numbers while checking for accuracy.
• Audit and clean up existing docket data and maintain accurate case statuses.
• Create/administrate country law rules based on filing/grant/priority dates and suggest process improvements.
