Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Senior IP Analyst to join the Filing and Prosecution Team in the United States. You will provide filing and prosecution support through docketing, paralegal services, IDS, and reference management to customers, ensuring alignment with a customer-centric culture.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, 1+ years of patent paralegal/docketing experience, and proficiency with IP management software and Microsoft Office. Hybrid work for US offices is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a global environment.
• Plans and organizes tasks to achieve objectives and follows policies.
• Process domestic and international communications in IP management software.
• Review and file prosecution documents with the USPTO and coordinate foreign filings.
• Manage and maintain documents for customers, including scanning and transfers.
• Prepare documents for signature and collaborate with customer contacts for various IP offices.
• Maintain customer docket and run reports; communicate deadlines and status.
• Develop knowledge of domestic and international IP office rules and procedures.
• Assist in establishing policies to improve quality and meet customer needs.
• Document and track daily work in time-tracking system within deadlines.
