Qualifications

• JD or LLM degree required.
• 4+ years IP law experience.

• Chemistry or chemical engineering background.
• USPTO registration.
• Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-oriented IP counsel on patents, trade secrets, licensing and IP transactions.
• Draft and negotiate technology development and license agreements.
• Identify IP risks and opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement IP strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and manage patent portfolios; coordinate with outside counsel.
• Provide client training on IP topics.
• Collaborate with legal and business peers in diverse teams.
