Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Senior Invoicing Specialist to lead end-to-end invoicing for high-volume corporate accounts. You will coordinate with field operations to ensure accuracy, maintain alignment with contracts and service schedules, and support AR/Cash Applications to minimize delays.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in billing, strong SAP configuration knowledge, and proven ability to manage complex invoicing processes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting or 3–5 years business work equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a high-volume office environment.
• Previous billing experience.
• Strong SAP experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end invoicing for high-volume corporate accounts across multiple sites.
• Specialize in maintenance-related invoicing aligned with service schedules and contracts.
• Collaborate with field operations to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure invoices meet PO matching, job coding, and work order verification.
• Track payment statuses with AR and Cash Applications; reduce delays.
