Schindler Elevator Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Invoicing Specialist to lead end-to-end invoicing for high-volume corporate accounts across multiple sites. You will ensure accuracy, alignment with contracts, PO matching, and timely billing, partnering with field operations and accounts receivable to resolve exceptions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of billing experience, associates degree in accounting, strong SAP skills, and a commitment to SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting or 3-5 years business work equivalent.
• 3-5 years in a high-volume office environment.
• Previous billing experience and strong SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end invoicing for high-volume accounts across sites and regions.
• Specialize in maintenance invoicing aligned with service schedules and contracts.
• Collaborate with field operations to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure invoices meet PO matching, job coding and documentation requirements.
• Work with AR and Cash Applications to track payments and resolve exceptions.
• Generate and review custom invoice formats and reports for corporate clients.
• Maintain SOX/audit compliance and internal controls for invoicing.
• Identify process improvements to streamline invoicing for products and maintenance.
• Provide training to junior billing staff on complex account structures.
