Job summary

CJ Logistics Corporation is seeking a Sr. Invoicing Analyst in Des Plaines, IL. The role supports month-end revenue accruals, monthly invoicing, and design of new invoicing solutions. The position acts as a back-up to the manager and guides other Analysts in monthly duties.

The candidate will validate data with logistics personnel, prepare accruals, and develop invoicing templates. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, math or related field.
• 5+ years experience in accounting, financial analysis, data analysis, or math.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Team oriented with ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Validate data with Logistics Center personnel.
• Prepare monthly revenue accruals for posting and revenue recognition.
• Act as liaison between Invoicing Solutions team and manager.
• Maintain relationships with internal Logistics Center personnel and external customers.
• Solicit input from Logistics Centers and validate accuracy.
• Develop, analyze, and review data for invoicing.
• Create and maintain invoicing templates for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc invoices.
• Design and implement new invoicing solutions.
• Issue and distribute invoices on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis.
• Track historical invoicing trends and variances to budget.
• Provide support for information requests from customers and personnel.
• Provide guidance to Invoicing Analysts.
