Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, is seeking a Senior Associate to lead an Investment Operations team in Newark, NJ. You will oversee ABF and Residential Mortgage whole loan activities, drive operational excellence, and partner with deal teams, counsel, fund management, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

The role requires 8+ years in Financial Services with a focus on Investment Operations and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in Financial Services with Investment Operations/related areas.
• 3+ years of people leadership including performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Investment Operations professionals, driving performance and risk management.
• Coordinate deal onboarding, trade settlement, funding, asset servicing and secondary market activity.
• Maintain accurate IBOR positions and records in OMS.
• Oversee wire payment processes and deal funding/settlement.
• Coordinate and execute private asset transfers.
