Job summary

PGIM, the Global Asset Management business of Prudential, seeks a skilled Investment Operations professional in Newark, NJ. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office to support ABF and Residential Mortgage Whole Loan strategies across the investment lifecycle.

Key collaboration across Portfolio Management, Legal, Fund Management, custodians and agent banks; strong emphasis on deal onboarding, trade settlement, funding, asset servicing and portfolio support.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Experience supporting Asset Based Finance, Residential Mortgage Loans, Private Credit, or Restructures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively facilitate deal execution with deal teams, counsel, fund management and stakeholders.
• Capture and maintain primary and secondary market trading activity in the OMS.
• Manage end-to-end wire payments, funding, settlement and controls.
• Coordinate and execute private asset transfers.
• Manage daily cash forecasting and positioning.
• Research and resolve cash and position breaks with stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
