PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, seeks a Senior Investment Associate to support the Asset Based Finance (ABF) team across origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of private credit investments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, structured credit, or related investing.
• Strong credit underwriting skills with hands-on experience analyzing borrowers and transactions.
• Experience building financial models, cash flow analysis, and stress scenarios.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed credit analysis of borrowers, collateral pools, transaction structures, and counterparties.
• Build and maintain financial models, cash flow analyses, stress scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct industry and market research to support investment decisions.
• Assist in developing investment theses and recommendations.
• Coordinate execution workstreams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare investment memoranda, underwriting materials, and presentation decks for internal approval.
• Present transaction analyses and recommendations to investment committees and senior management.
