Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management unit of Prudential, seeks a Senior Director to lead support for the ABF platform in portfolio management and transaction execution. The role blends investment management, operations, and client engagement across multiple stakeholders, with a 3-day in-office Newark, NJ schedule and 2 days remote.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in portfolio management support, strong quantitative skills, and experience with platforms like Bloomberg, Intex, and Aladdin.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience in portfolio management support.
• Experience with investment platforms (Bloomberg, Intex, Aladdin) is preferred.
• Knowledge of fixed income and structured credit markets is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support ABF portfolio management and capital allocation across strategies.
• Coordinate transaction execution from investment approval through closing and funding.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate workflows and ensure accurate bookings and reporting.
• Assist with rate hedging and other portfolio risk-management activities as appropriate.
• Engage with client discussions on capital allocations and expansion opportunities.
