Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking a Principal Consultant to assess client needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions. You will manage multiple engagements across projects, guiding implementations and ensuring integration with CRIMS.

The role requires deep technical design skills from presales to deployment, and the ability to mentor consultants while collaborating with sales to demonstrate CRIMS capabilities to clients.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business or technical field including Finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of client engagements and lead projects to completion within scope and SOW.
• Gather, analyze and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams; provide detailed assessments and recommendations.
• Direct and provide guidance to less experienced consultants on implementations and identify resource needs.
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) and technical proficiency in Infrastructure, Performance Tuning, Development, Advanced Configuration, Trouble Shooting and Integration.
• Mentor team of consultants assigned to projects.
• Partner with CRD’s sales teams to contribute to sales presentations and proof-of-concept projects; analyze client requirements to demonstrate CRIMS potential; design prototypes and proofs of concepts.
