Job summary

Amcor Rigid Packaging in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Inventory/Cost Accounting Leader to manage resin pass-throughs, PPV, and inventory valuation. You will lead a North America team of three accountants, drive process improvements, and support procurement with profitability analyses.

Ideal candidates have 10–15+ years in inventory/cost accounting within a large manufacturer, strong SAP skills, and CPA/CMA or equivalent. Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Master's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred; CPA or CMA designation desired.
• Strong general accounting skills and knowledge of US GAAP inventory rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARP North America shared service inventory function across 3 BUs and 25+ plants.
• Analyze resin pricing, PPV, overhead costs, and inventory valuation; support forecasts and working capital analysis.
• Ensure internal controls, month-end close, audits, and financial reporting are timely and accurate.
