Amcor Limited is seeking a seasoned Inventory/Cost Accounting leader to join the Rigid Packaging Shared Services finance team in the United States. The role focuses on managing resin-related accounting, PPV, and inventory costs while supporting forecast accuracy and working capital improvements.

You will lead a small team of accounting professionals, drive process enhancements, and collaborate with procurement, FP&A, and business units to optimize profitability and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/CMA designation preferred.
• 10–15+ years of inventory/cost accounting experience in a large multi-location manufacturer; US public company experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP inventory rules and SAP experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead ARP North America shared service inventory function for 3 business units and 25+ plants.
• Identify and drive best practices; lead process improvements in ARP finance.
• Provide sound financial analysis on inventory costs, trends, and profitability impact.
• Oversee resin PPV forecasting and yearly budgeting; analyze year-over-year variances.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain on profitability and cost modeling.
• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close with strong internal controls.
• Lead M&A integration activities and related system implementations.
