Amcor is seeking a Senior Inventory/Cost Accountant to lead the North America inventory function across multiple plants. You will oversee resin PPV, inventory valuation, and pricing analysis while collaborating with procurement, finance and operations to improve working capital and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP inventory rules.
• Experience with SAP ERP and SAP BI tools.
• CPA/CMA designation is a plus; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead ARP North America shared service inventory function for multiple plants.
• Drive best practices and process improvements in inventory accounting.
• Provide sound financial advice on inventory matters to stakeholders.
• Manage resin accounting, PPV calculation, and inventory/payables valuation.
• Oversee overhead costs in ending inventory and annual cost standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on resin pricing and profitability.
• Support and account for raw material derivatives; coordinate with global teams.
• Lead cost accounting training and development for team members.
• Oversee monthly PPV forecasting and annual budgeting with commentary.
