Amcor Limited is seeking an experienced Inventory Accounting Leader within our Rigid Packaging Shared Services in North America. You will manage resin inventory accounting, PPV, and cost standards, partnering with procurement and commercial finance to drive accurate reporting and working capital improvements.

The role leads a small team, ensures internal controls, supports audits, and coordinates global metrics across plants in the region. A CPA/CMA and US GAAP expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred; CPA or CMA designation beneficial
• 10–15+ years in inventory/cost accounting in a large multi-location manufacturer; US Public Company experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP inventory rules and requirements; SAP experience desirable
• Excellent oral and written communication; integrity and business acumen

Responsabilités

• Lead ARP North America shared service inventory function for 3 BUs and 25+ plants
• Drive process improvements and best practices within ARP finance
• Provide financial and economic guidance on inventory matters to stakeholders
• Oversee resin PPV, inventory and payables valuation, and cost standards
• Coordinate with procurement on pricing, FX risk, and profitability impact
• Support audits and month-end close; ensure policy compliance and internal controls
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of three accounting professionals
