• Drive sales by scheduling and conducting calls with current and prospective customers to meet targets.
• Develop and execute strategic, data-informed territory sales plans based on product positioning and customer needs.
• Engage hospital personnel and physicians through consultative conversations to understand procedural volume and product usage.
• Resolve product-related issues and service concerns through collaboration with internal teams.
• Expand access and visibility by developing relationships across hospital departments and identifying key influencers.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations that educate clinicians and support CRM adoption.
• Oversee and manage clinical resources to support device implants, programming, troubleshooting, and follow-up care.
• Provide direct support during device implants in hospital labs and operating rooms, with ongoing engagement.
