Job summary

EY is seeking an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support enterprise traffic delivery and edge services across cloud and virtualized environments. You will focus on reliable delivery, platform availability, and operational execution with incident coordination and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT related field.
5+ years experience in networking, cloud infrastructure, or application delivery.
Experience troubleshooting end-to-end application traffic flows.
Experience with incident, change, and problem management.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administration of ingress and edge connectivity services.
Monitor health, availability, performance, capacity, and risks.
Troubleshoot routing, DNS, TLS, and load balancing issues.
Support incident response, major incidents, and on-call activities.
Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
