EY is seeking an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support enterprise application delivery, ingress services, and edge connectivity across cloud and virtualized environments.

This role emphasizes reliable traffic delivery, platform availability, and supportable operational execution, with ownership of load balancers, DNS, certificates, and security controls. Hybrid work model offered in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT fields.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infrastructure, or application delivery.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of DNS, TLS, load balancers, and routing in production environments.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management.

Responsibilities

• Own ingress and edge connectivity service administration.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, and risk.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS, and certificate issues.
• Participate in on-call support and incident response.
• Collaborate across cloud, network, firewall, and vendor teams.
