Job summary

EY is seeking an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support enterprise ingress, edge connectivity, and application delivery across cloud and virtualized environments. You will manage load balancers, DNS, TLS, and security controls while enabling automation and lifecycle governance.

The role emphasizes reliable traffic delivery, platform availability, and collaboration across cloud, network, and security teams, with on-call responsibilities and ongoing improvement initiatives within EY's hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infrastructure, or application delivery.
• Experience troubleshooting end-to-end traffic across DNS, TLS, load balancers, and cloud networking.
• Experience with incident, change, problem management in production.
• Strong analysis, documentation, and cross-team communication.
• Willingness for after-hours on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and ownership of ingress and edge connectivity services.
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, capacity, and risk.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, load balancing, DNS, certificates, and delivery issues.
• Participate in on-call support, incident response, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with cloud, network, firewall, and vendor teams.
• Automate configuration and platform lifecycle activities.
